2025 Street & Utility Improvements
The City of Byron is reconstructing 7th Street NW and 3rd Avenue NW. The proposed construction will include the following:
- Replace sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer lines
- Add subdrain tile behind curb for connection to sump pumps
- Reconstruct the curb and gutter
- New bituminous pavement
- Add sidewalk along both sides of 7th Street and 3rd Avenue
