On Street Parking

From May 1st through September 1st, seasonal parking regulations take effect on designated portions of 7th St NW (between 9th and 4th Ave NW). During this time, parking is limited to vehicles displaying valid permits.

This seasonal regulation helps to provide safe access, emergency clearance, and neighborhood livability during the busy baseball season at Byron Middle School. To support these efforts, the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office will be monitoring the area regularly. Those found in violation are subject to enforcement actions.

Parking permits are available at City Hall or via the link below. To apply, residents will need:

$25 for first-time applicants / $20 for renewals

Permit fees help cover the administrative costs of the program. All personal information is used solely for permit verification purposes
