Street Closures3rd Ave, 9th Street, and 7th Street from 4th Ave to CSAH 5 have base asphalt pavement. Restoration in these areas are ongoing. Do not park on the roadways during construction hours. 7th St from 4th Ave to 6th Ave remains closed for underground construction. UpdateConcrete curb & gutter along with sidewalk will begin this week on the remaining portions of 7th St. Driveways will be completed the following week.Underground utility construction on 7th St., at 4th Ave to mid-block of 6th Ave are completed. Sub-cutting 7th Street is completed. Road building operations through aggregate section are ongoing.Ongoing restoration work along all areas that have concrete and asphalt paving work completed.Remaining residents on temporary water are actively being switched over to city water. Temporary water system will be removed once all residents have been switched over.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn.Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location.Mailboxes will begin being re-installed. Mail will still be delivered to the designated mail bank until all mailboxes have been set and communicated through to the post office to resume delivering to the individual mailboxes.
