Street Closures7th St from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave and 3rd Ave NW remains closed. Do not leave cars parked on these streets during construction hours. Update3rd Ave sidewalk and driveway grading. The contractor will be grading out for the proposed concrete sidewalk and placing an aggregate base in preparation for concrete.Underground utility construction on 7th St. is continuing with storm sewer and sub-drain construction from 2nd Ave to 4th Ave. Roadway construction to aggregate base following subdrain construction. Access will be limited to residents on 7th St. during street construction until it is reconstructed to aggregate.Temporary water service is active on 7th St. Residents along the temporary water, please refrain from mowing within 1', handling, or disturbing the temporary water lines.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn. Proposed subdrain service locations are currently marked with lath with purple ribbon. For relocation of the proposed subdrain, contact Ryan Fate (WHKS).Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location.
