Street Closures7th St from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave and 3rd Ave NW remains closed. Do not leave cars parked on these streets during construction hours. CSAH 5 access will be removed early next week. UpdateUnderground utility construction on 7th St. is completed from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave. Roadway construction through aggregate base is ongoing. Access will be limited to residents on 7th St. during street construction.Curb & gutter, sidewalk, & driveway construction will begin the week of 9.8.25 along all of 3rd Ave & 7th Street from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave. There will be no driveway access for 7 days after the concrete has been placed. Temporary water service is active on 7th St. from 4th Ave going west to project limits. Residents along the temporary water, please refrain from mowing within 1', handling, or disturbing the temporary water lines.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn. Proposed subdrain service locations are currently marked with lath with purple ribbon. For relocation of the proposed subdrain, contact Ryan Fate (WHKS).Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location.
