Street Closures7th St from 4th Ave to 6th Ave remains closed. 7th Street from CSAH 5 to 3rd Ave NW is accessible but not open to through traffic. Do not leave cars parked on these streets during construction hours. UpdateUnderground utility construction on 7th St., at 4th Ave will begin with sanitary sewer installation, followed with water-main, working west to project limits. 7th St from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave and all of 3rd Ave is anticipated to have the aggregate fine graded in preparation of asphalt paving. Along with ongoing grading for lawn restoration.Driveway construction along all of 3rd Ave & 7th Street from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave. has been completed. Driveways that were poured 9.17.25 are open to residents. All remaining driveways can been driven on 9.29.25.Temporary water service is active on 7th St. from 4th Ave going west to project limits. Residents along the temporary water, please refrain from mowing within 1', handling, or disturbing the temporary water lines.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn. Proposed subdrain service locations are currently marked with lath with purple ribbon. For relocation of the proposed subdrain, contact Ryan Fate (WHKS).Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. Safety Slow down through construction zone. Driveway access will be limited during work hours, parking on side streets may be required.
