Street Closures9th St from 3 1/2 Ave to CSAH 5 will be closed starting 10.8.25 through 10.10.25. 7th St from CSAH 5 to 4th Ave along with 3rd Ave will be closed to all traffic for asphalt paving these days.7th St from 4th Ave to 6th Ave remains closed for underground construction. UpdateUnderground utility construction on 7th St., at 4th Ave to 6th Ave will continue with sanitary sewer and water service installation. Ongoing restoration work along all areas that have concrete work completed.Temporary water service is active on 7th St. from 4th Ave going west to project limits. Residents along the temporary water, please refrain from mowing within 1', handling, or disturbing the temporary water lines.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn. Proposed subdrain service locations are currently marked with lath with purple ribbon. For relocation of the proposed subdrain, contact Ryan Fate (WHKS).Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location.
