Street Closures7th St from 4th Ave to 6th Ave remains closed for underground construction.Do not park on the roadways throughout the project during construction hours. Update7th Street roadway building operations through aggregate section in preparation for asphalt paving are ongoing. Asphalt paving for the remaining roadway is anticipated to take place the week of 10.27.25. Concrete curb & gutter is complete. Sidewalks were started; remaining portions of 7th St. sidewalk and driveways will be completed the week of 10.27.25. Ongoing restoration work along all areas that have concrete and asphalt paving work completed.Sodding has started along 3rd Ave and the easterly portion of the project on 7th St. This will be an ongoing process. There will be a sod care flier delivered to each resident. Concrete staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn.Maintain garbage can address labels to ensure they are returned properly. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. 7th Street Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 7th St. and 2nd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location.Mailboxes will begin being re-installed. Mail will still be delivered to the designated mail bank until all mailboxes have been set and communicated through to the post office to resume delivering to the individual mailboxes.
