Street Closures9th Street from CSAH 5 to 3 1/2 Ave, and 3rd Ave from 7th St to 9th St, will be closed to vehicular traffic. All other roadways will remain accessible. UpcomingPavement and surface removals are ongoing. Expect driveway access to be temporarily limited as removals take place. Gravel ramps will be placed back to regain access.Temporary water service is actively being switched over on 3rd Ave. Snow Contracting will require access to residences to turn off the water supply and switch over to the temporary water system. Residents will be contacted as necessary.Underground utility construction on 3rd Ave will be ongoing. Any service interruptions will be communicated in advanced.Underground staking and utility markings are ongoing. Please refrain from removing any of these from your lawn. Mail3rd Avenue Residents: Temporary mailboxes are located at the NW corner of 9th St and 3rd Ave. Mail is being delivered to this location. SafetySlow down through construction zone. Driveway access will be limited during work hours, parking on side streets may be required.
