Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Byron City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm or shortly thereafter on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Byron City Hall Council Chambers located at 680 Byron Main Ct NE, Byron, MN to consider repealing and replacing Chapter 73 Titled Toy Vehicles, in its entirety.  The proposed replacement expands the ordinance to include regulations surrounding E-Bikes, E-Scooters, and E-Motos along with other minor verbiage changes.   All interested persons may attend the meeting in person or send written comments to the City Administrator at administrator@byronmn.com prior to the meeting.
