Byron Economic Development Authority
The Byron Economic Development Authority (BEDA) was created to establish a strong economic environment for the City to support existing businesses and encourage the establishment of new businesses. The BEDA recommends policies supportive of economic growth to the Council. They meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 8:00am at Byron City Hall. Their meetings are open to the public.
The Board consists or five members appointed by the City Council and two council members. Terms are for five years.

- Business Planning Assistance
- Tax Increment Financing
- Minnesota Investment Fund
- Tax Abatement
- Industrial Revenue Bonds
- Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans
