AMERICAN LEGION & AUXILIARY

 

The General Membership meetings are held the 3rd  Monday of each month at 7:00pm. The Executive Board meets on the 1st Monday at 7:00pm and the Auxiliary meets on the 1st Thursday at 6:30pm. All meetings are held at the Legion Hall. There are  no meetings in June, July & August

 

 

 

 

4-H EXTENSION CLUBS

 

For youth and adult programs, please call the Extension Office at 328-6214 for specific information.

 

WOMEN OF TODAY

Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at Christ Lutheran Church starting at 7:00pm.

ODD FELLOWS AND REBEKAH LODGES

 

Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 7:30pm. Prospective members are welcome to “open” meetings which are announced in the Byron Review.

 

LIONS CLUB

 

Byron's Lions are dedicated to making a difference in our community. 

Club meetings: 2nd Tuesday of each month 6:45pm at the Bear's Den.

Board of Directors meetings: 1st Tuesday of each month 6:00pm at Otto's Bakery.

ZUMBRO VALLEY GRANGE

 

Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:30pm in the Middle School cafeteria. Special programs are announced in the Byron Review.

 

 

 

 

SENIOR CITIZENS

 

Meetings and Potlucks are held at the Byron City Hall Lower Level.

 

BYRON SPORTSMAN & CONSERVATION CLUB

 

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30pm at the American Legion in the winter. During the warmer months they are held in their clubhouse. Activities include: trapshooting, rifle, pistol and archery ranges.

 

 

 

  

BYRON SNOW BEARS

 

Snowmobile Club meetings are on the 2nd Monday of each month at the American Legion Club at 7:30pm.

 

HISTORICAL SOCIETY

 

The Byron Area Historical Society meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Meetings begin at 6:30pm at 11 4th Street NW. For additional information please contact Pat Nelsen -  250-1941.

This group is accepting donations of historical items. All donations are subject to approval of the historical committee.

 

 

STAGE COACH TRAIL SUBCOMMITTEE

 

This committee meets on the 4th Monday of every other month begining in January.  All meetings begin at 6:00pm at Byron City Hall. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Please contact Joel Wagar at (507) 206-2848 with any questions.
